1. General regulations

 

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts betweenMINAand you as the student/participant. Other conditions are only valid if applicableMINAexpress written consent. Services provided include training courses, seminars and training programs. By registering online, you confirm your participation in the selected course and agree to these terms.

 

 

2. MINA's services

 

MINAOrganize training courses carefully and professionally.MINAreserves the right to modify content, processes, and instructors for legitimate reasons (e.g., standards updates, instructor availability). If a session is canceled byMINA, you will receive an alternative class schedule within 3 months. Data is only transferred to collaborating partners to the extent necessary for course implementation and in accordance with DSGVO/GDPR regulations.

 

 

3. Your obligations

 

You must provide complete and truthful information and documents necessary for the course. You fully participate, are responsible for applying the content you have learned and following the instructions of the training team. Cancellations must be notified no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment; Only then can a replacement be scheduled.

 

 

4. Price and payment

 

Apply the prices published on the website, including VAT according to law. Tuition fees must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the course begins. Payment methods: bank transfer/online banking, cash or PayPal (during the booking process only). Failure to attend a registered lesson does not void the payment obligation.

 

 

5. Debt reminders and late payments

 

First payment reminder: free. From the second reminder: debt reminder fee is5.00€for each time. Late payment interest is applied accordinglyGerman Civil Code (BGB).

6. Cancel subscription and change key

Cancellations must be sent toMINAin text form.

Cancellation fee:

Used services will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Change key:Can be changed to another course with processing fee according to the current price list; do not have the right to request a specific schedule.

7. Additional services and additional costs

Additional services are available only by prior agreement and will be charged separately.

8. Learning materials and ownership

Documents, textbooks, videos and learning content are all copyright protected. Copying, transferring or using outside the scope of the course requires prior consentMINA.

9. Order and right of exclusion from the course

MINAhas the right to remove students from the course in case of late payment, serious violation of instructions or disruption of the training process; Payment requirements remain in effect. During practice sessions, you are solely responsible for your fitness; You must follow the instructions of the training team

10. Liability

MINAprovide training services; Learning outcomes depend on your practical application.MINAnot responsible in case of slight negligence. This does not affect liability for intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages resulting from infringement of life, body or health.MINAis not responsible for loss/damage of personal property (e.g. coats, work tools carried). These limitations of liability also apply to employees, authorized performers and subcontractors.

11. Protect data and images/videos

MINAprocessing your data for the performance of a contract and in accordance with DSGVO/GDPR. In addition, the privacy policy published on the website also applies. Taking photos/videos for archival or marketing purposes is only done with your consent; You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future.

12. Right of set-off and right of retention

Set-offs and withholdings are only permitted for claims that are not in dispute or have been confirmed to have legal effect.

13. Jurisdiction and applicable law

ApplyGerman law. For contracts with consumers, legal provisions on jurisdiction apply. For contracts with businesses (B2B), the exclusive place of trial is the seat ofMINA.
