• - Introducing reflexology according to Hanne Marquardt
• - Benefits of pressure point techniques: increased circulation, improved lymphatic drainage, reduced muscle tension.
• - Contraindications & safety precautions
• - Cleaning and preparing the work and care area.

- 2. Press-Technik Practice

• - Controlled pressure technique using thumb, finger, and supporting tools.
• - Reflex zones: head, spine, digestive system & internal organs
• - The massage process (30–60 minutes) follows a clear structure:
• - Opening and preparation movements
• - Pressure point massage & muscle kneading
• - The final movement for relaxation
• - Combining stretching and joint movement
• - Adjust the pressure according to each customer.

- 3. Ergonomics & Posture

• - The working posture protects the body of the person performing the task.
• - The correct technique to avoid overloading
• - The treatment process is comfortable and effective.

- 4. Practice in a hands-on manner.

• - Applying techniques in small groups
• - Practice in turns under guidance.
• - Develop a personalized treatment plan.

- 5. Completion & Certification

• - The massage session concludes under supervision.
• - Certificate of completion (25 UE)
